Product Variations & Quality
- Colour Variations: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the manufacturing process of our raw materials, actual colours may vary slightly from the photos and swatches shown on our website.
- The Nature of 3D Printing: Our items are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology. This process can result in minor cosmetic imperfections, such as visible layer lines, slight texture differences, or small seams. These are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
Production & Delivery
- Made to Order: All items from DDDPrinted.com are made to order. Because of this, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be manufactured, quality checked, and dispatched.
- Shipping: Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase.
Cancellations & Amendments
You may be able to cancel or amend your order if we have not yet started work on it; in this circumstance, we will refund 90% of the transaction value, with the remainder covering payment processing fees. If you wish to do this, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
- All Sales Are Final: Because our items are made specifically for you when you order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you believe your item is not as described or has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
