At DDDPrinted.com, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order 3D printed items. Because our products are manufactured specifically for you upon order, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
Cancellations & Amendments
You may be able to cancel or amend your order if we have not yet started work on it; in this circumstance, we will refund 90% of the transaction value, with the remainder covering payment processing fees. If you wish to do this, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Returns
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless an item is significantly not as described or arrives damaged.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match the description on our website, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- The Process: To initiate a refund request, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. If your claim is approved, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment.
Exceptions
- Minor Imperfections: Please note that 3D printing can result in minor cosmetic characteristics, such as visible layer lines or slight texture variations. These are normal features of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects eligible for a refund.
- Colour Variations: Slight variations in colour from the photos and swatches shown on our website are also not considered valid grounds for a return.
